So, to recap: Dates: 12th-14th August FRIDAY - Icebreaker day; Meeting in Hyde Park near Rotten Row at 1pm FRIDAY (pm) - Open Mic Night, Imperial College Student Union, 7:30ish SATURDAY - Main gathering day; Regent’s Park, 1pm SATURDAY (pm) - Gig Night; South Bank Uni Student Union, 7:30ish SUNDAY - Chillout/Goodbye day; Jubilee Gardens, 1pm
I don't really think my parents are going to let me bring my passport to Central London alone in case it got lost or stolen :/ Would there be any other way I could prove my age without bringing really important documents?

Sorry, but the only way to prove your age is to provide official, valid and updated proof of age. This is how it’s done everywhere with an age limit, and with security/door staff active at the venues, we can’t be an exception.
Hey, I'm coming to Summer in the City and I want to go to the gigs in the evenings. I am 14 but I don't look 14, how then would I be able to prove my age?

Hi, I really want to go, and was wondering if people who are staying in lodon overnight, are they going to a particular hotel/travelodge, or just any?
Most people tend to stay at the Palmer’s Lodge in Swiss Cottage. It’s quite popular though, so we advise you book soon before it fills up over the weekend!
If you can’t get a room there, post on the Event Wall to get some suggestions for where other people are staying :)

So I'm travelling alone from Sweden, and I just wondered it there is a number or something to anyone that I can call if I get lost or anything?
I don't know anyone in London and it would be great to have someone to turn to if anything goes wrong while I'm there for the gathering :)
We’ll have an official SitC phone number, for people to call us during the gathering in case they get lost. We’ll share that number along with all the other info shortly :)
How much do i need to bring?

As we’ve said in the FAQ, we aim to keep everything we organise free, including the gigs. However you’ll probably need money for things like travel and accommodation. You might also want to bring spending money for stuff like merchandise and, uh, food.
If you can't get there for the Friday, what do you think would be the best way to meet up with people on the Saturday?

Shortly we’ll be announcing the times and locations for each day. Keep an eye out for that because we’ll mention Saturday, and you can just… show up. :)
if the shirts sell out will you be purchasing more? and will they be sold at the gathering as well as online? (sorry if these questions have already been asked)

If there are any left in stock by the time SitC comes, they’ll be on sale then. But we need to focus the budget on the gathering itself instead of hoping a whole new batch of tees will sell, so when this lot are gone, they’re gone!
You can buy SitC ‘11 shirts here, and they’ll ship a couple of weeks before the gathering :)
Is it over 2 days? I'm really confused. Can you just go to one day, are they both the same? When is the gig?
