"Is it safe meeting youtubers - my parents are worried?"
"What will we be doing on the weekend of SitC?"
"Can I take my camera?"
"How much money do I need to take?"
"What should I wear?"
(comment from CheekTV on my video)

1) We have never had an issue with gatherings, people are genuine and real. That said, you should always be cautious meeting people online - even at this event. Part of the safety of SitC and gatherings comes as bring together a massive group. If you’re unsure - don’t go arranging to meet some anonymous person before the gathering having not met them… But generally - no issues ever suggests you will be fine =) Just always stay cautious.

2) Primarily meeting awesome people, hanging out and having a great time! We’ll also be putting on gigs and evening events, as well as organising various games and activities throughout the day!

3) YES! It’s a YouTube gathering. Film as much! We have a competition afterwards for the “Official Summer in the City  video” where we pick the best compilation of weekend footage!

4) Full weekend? Accommodation money, tube money (about 5-10 a day depending on what cards you get), and money for food and drink! Other than that the rest is down to your own personal plans for spending.. there will be tshirts  and merchandise on sale from various people, which is always worth remembering.

5) Clothes.
